The article, a transcript of the speech of the conference in question, is based on the methodological novelty found in the convocation of the conference itself: the starting point is the questions concerning clinical work at its experiential level, not consolidated theories to be discussed. In addressing the same questions, then, it highlights some theoretical-epistemological implications, deepening the debate in the perspective of enhancing an "experiential-relational" approach, to recover what certain theories are losing with regard to the depth of subjectivity (both patient and therapist) and resources of the therapeutic setting, in a relational perspective.
