Area 95 is first and foremost a sheltering facility that intercepts a range of requests mainly related to the area of mental health for homeless, often undocumented and/or residency, migrant people from the area of extreme marginality. These are needs that, in spite of extreme lifestyle regression, are otherwise destined to remain unmet for organizational/bureaucratic reasons that poorly conform to the type of requesting users.
