This article illustrates a concept of clinical intervention with the adolescent's parents, developed at the Minotaur Institute in Milan, which makes particular reference to Gustavo Pietropolli Charmet's theorization. The model of "support to the maternal and paternal role" presented, is investigated in its basic theoretical options, described in the methodology and outlined through the reference to some examples.
