Jeremy David Safran (1952-2018), clinical psychologist, psychoanalyst and researcher, was professor of psychology at the New School for Social Research in New York, the Steven Mitchell Center for Relational Studies, and New York University - Post Doctoral Program in Psychotherapy & Psychoanalysis. He was also president of IARPP-International Association for Relational Psychotherapy & Psychoanalysis, and an active member of SPR-Society for Psychotherapy Research.
