In the recent decades the brilliant Italian debate concerning Eugen Ehrlich has concerned his anti-formalism as well as his criticism of Karl Marx and Anton Menger. In particular, Eugen’s anti-formalism has been discussed through the analysis of the tough dispute between Ehrlich and Hans Kelsen, which has been also focused on fundamental epistemological questions.
